Follow the lantern light of a period-dressed tour guide into the darkness of the night to hear dramatic stories of Battlefield Gettysburg. Hear about and experience the hauntings of the Jennie Wade House, East Cemetery Hill and "The Grove," one of the most haunted areas on the battlefield.

The tour begins in the attic of the historic Farnsworth House, considered to be one of the most haunted inns in America.

Jennie Wade, born Mary Virginia Wade, was the only civilian killed during the American Civil War Battle of Gettysburg. She was killed on July 3, 1863, while baking bread for Union soldiers in her home. A single bullet that went through two wooden doors struck her and killed her instantly. She was 20 when she died. The Jennie Wade House looks much the way it did over 140 years ago.

East Cemetery Hill is the northernmost territory of Cemetery Ridge, which played a major part in all three days of the Battle of Gettysburg. The area was a critical defensive line for the Union army.

There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

This tour does not operate on the following days: January 1, Easter, Thanksgiving, December 24, 25 and 31.
